Diane + Albert
Diane and Albert were married this summer in the Logan, Utah Temple. These two definitely planned a party! When Dallin and I were first getting to know each other, I loved that we were able to just be ourselves. He loved everything I did and thought all my jokes were hilarious, and I felt the same about him. Watching Diane and Albert's film, you know they have that same special connection. I KNOW they will love being married! There will never be a dull moment with these two! Good luck guys! Never stop dancing!!
Mariah + Mcklane Huntington Reception
We have come to know the Allred family pretty well by now! This is our second wedding with these guys and we couldn't have been happier with how the whole event turned out. Dallin and I split duties this time. He filmed the whole event, while I took the pictures. If you happen to see a large, oblong shadow in any of the pics....no fear...that's just my 37 week pregnant self :) Pictures of that event are soon to come as well!
Mariah and Mcklane congratulations, we think everything turned out beautifully! Huntington is always a fun adventure for us (and the reason we just switched cell phone providers...we're hoping Verizon will give us a more reliable signal down south). Best of luck at SUU...that is where I fell in love with Dallin, so I couldn't think of a better place to start your lives together!
Sumner + Marissa = Sumrissa
Sumner + Marissa have been destined to marry for years! Dallin and I called it even before they started dating. They're 100% our couple crush....if you ever meet them ask them to bust a move....they have mad skills! Congrats guys! San Diego was magical :)
Jeremiah + Dinia
We first met Jeremiah and Dinia during their flash mob proposal. Dallin and I filmed the whole event! Coming to their wedding was such a fun reunion. The Brazilian BBQ was excellent and their families definitely "made it rain" on the dance floor. Congratulations friends, best of luck down in Price!
Natasha + Derek - First Look and Bridals!!!
They're back! We love Natasha and Derek! First of all, they're beautiful and so fun! Second, Natasha wore my dream dress that I couldn't find! Third, Derek wants to be a farmer....before I changed my life fantasy to "marry a photographer/drummer/snowboarder...about a year and a half ago (heheh) my definite chief aim in life was to marry and be a farmer and then become his co-farmer. I am essentially the pioneer woman in reverse :) Anyways, their wonderful, we loved working with them this summer! Thanks for taking us horseback riding guys! We had a blast!
Melinda + Jake Engagements
As published puppy lovers, we were obviously thrilled to collaborate with Melinda and Jake and their choclate lab puppy for some woodsy..romantic engagement photos. Fun fact, they weren't even officially engaged yet! Luna was present for the picture taking :)
Rachel + Luke Bridals - Capitol Building
Utah Capitol - Elegance - Rachel + Luke
Romina + Jared - Payson Temple
After meeting Romina and Jared, I turned to Dallin and said...in a bit of a stern voice...you better love me as much as Jared loves Romina. True story. He said he did, and I believed him, so we're still happily married :) We loved these guys. I was truly sad when the reception came to an end. Weddings are a special time and we always feel so lucky to share in such a sacred and amazing moment where two lives are joined together forever. Romina and Jared, we predict you'll still be happily married in a hundred years!
Taylor + Gordon - Red Butte Engagements
In a word, Gordon and Taylor are classy, smart, fun, kind, and, if you need someone to plan your wedding, call Taylor because she is one of the most organized, informed, prepared, and professional brides we have had the pleasure to work with. All you wedding photographers out there should be jealous. We had so much fun with these. I find I always treasure the fall photo shoots...because I dread the winter ones so much. Well, to clarify, the winter ones are beautiful, I just don't handle the cold in an emotionally responsible way. Enjoy the pictures. Pay special attention to the last one. Dallin and I are often "blessed" with wildlife encounters in our shoots...it must be the lotion we use or something. Anyways, ducks were present at the duck pond and I dedicated a good 5 minutes of time to "quacking" the ducks forth into the frame.
Allie's Bridals at the Capitol
Allie came with us to the Capitol building. We had a lot of fun with the architecture and sun. After half the shots, I would shout to Allie, "Oh this is so Downton Abby!" She's not the die hard fan that I am, but I'm sure there will be a number of you out there that will understand :)
Natasha + Derek Engagements
Meet Natasha and Derek! There are many reasons to love them. To name a few: 1. They are BYU students, 2. They are the epitome of cute, 3. Derek has excellent balancing skills (refer to the black and white dip in the forest picture...and know that he busted this move at least ten times), 4. They are madly in love! We had so much fun and couldn't be happier with these photos. Stay tuned for the bridals!
Merry Christmas From Josh and Carli
Dallin has known Josh forever, and we love them, and they're so cute....so you'll probably be seeing a lot of them.
Three is Better Than One
Introducing the Kaiser triplets! Absolutely cute...absolutely! But when you're timidly contemplating potentially...maybe beginning to think about having your own baby. An experience like this can set you back a few notches :) Don't get me wrong, we loved them, and held them, and whispered cute baby things to them. But when we walked out that door and sat in our car, there were definitely a few moments of silence as, I'm sure, Dallin and I both silently wondered..."could we do that?"
